As a Building Operator reporting to the Operations Manager, you will champion JLL's values of communication, collaboration, and trust. This role emphasizes robust technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while traveling to various properties. A valid Ontario Class G driver’s license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and BAS
• Perform routine inspections on mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues in facilities




• Update preventive maintenance logs and schedules
• Conduct minor repairs and oversee vendors for maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in building operations or skilled trade
• Post-secondary technical training preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• BES certification or working towards it preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs
