Our financial services client is seeking a Process Engineering Manager (10+ years) to lead business process transformation using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, AI, automation, and digital solutions Join a large-scale transformation workplace supporting strategic business and technology initiatives across Capital Markets, Private Markets, and Corporate Functions.
This role leads future-state process design, operating model transformation, process controls, and operational readiness initiatives aligned to digital and platform modernization programs.
The position supports enterprise-scale process simplification, automation, and operational excellence initiatives within a complex financial services workplace.
Must Haves 10+ years leading business process transformation initiatives within financial services , capital markets , or private markets Lean Six Sigma , Kaizen , Value Stream Mapping , Root Cause Analysis , and Continuous Improvement methodologies Process analysis , process documentation , future-state design , target operating model , and operational readiness AI , automation , workflow , analytics , and digital solutions within business transformation programs Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt,
and/or Kaizen certification required Nice to Have Transformations across Capital Markets, Private Markets, Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Trading, Asset Servicing, Risk, Finance, or Corporate Functions Process redesign, operational readiness, controls design, and technology adoption initiatives Business process and controls documentation using BPMN or Lean Six Sigma methodologies Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across Capital Markets, Private Markets, and Corporate Functions Analyze current-state processes, controls, and operating models to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities Design future-state business processes and operating models aligned to business objectives and technology capabilities Identify technology enablement prospects including AI, automation, workflow, analytics, and digital solutions Define process controls, governance, business rules, decision points, and accountability structures Assess process readiness for technology enablement through evaluation of standardization opportunities and control needs Develop and maintain process engineering methodologies, frameworks, templates, and standards
