Focus on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.

Write ''golden'' reference responses at attending-level quality.

Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.

Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior .

Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

Qualifications Must-Have Attending physicians: Board certified with current,



active, unrestricted medical license.

Resident physicians: In final year of residency; recent graduates must be board-eligible .

Fellows: Board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with current active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date Rolling , after onboarding sign-off.
