and cash management functions Implement effective systems and internal controls Participate in financial integrations during acquisitions Support the CFO with ad hoc analyses and overall financial strategy Desired profile: CPA designation (mandatory) Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including Big 4 experience Mastery of ASPE; IFRS and US GAAP: assets Experience in startup, scale-up, or transforming environment Bilingual French/English Self-sufficient, driven, rigorous, and comfortable in a hands-on role Conditions & benefits: Salary up to $150,000 Target bonus: 20% (based on performance) Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Wednesday mandatory) 4 weeks of vacation + holiday closure Group insurance from day 1 Stock options + RRSP with contribution (in progress) Reimbursement of CPA title This role is aimed at a builder, ready to play a key role in establishing a contemporary financial structure within a thriving organization.
