Track progress and provide reports and analysis which enable Engineering Project or Function Managers to deliver their commitments on time and within budget.

Develop mitigating actions where the programme is at risk Create and maintain deliverable Engineering plans which reflect project milestones, the full scope of work to be carried out and the required resources.

Ensure that the plan is aligned to the DPS and aligned to internal Engineering financial systems.

Track and report progress against baseline, identify critical path and issues, produce project status reports and KPI''s Support Project and Function managers in ensuring that project time, resource and budget parameters are met by providing early warning of potential threats to the deliverability of the programme.

Monitor risks and prospects, develop mitigating actions.





Support Team Leaders in producing detailed and day plans, assigning individuals to tasks and managing resource loading.
