Required Qualifications QE Leadership: Proven experience leading QE teams on large-scale migration or cloud-based projects.

Cloud & IVR Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,



GCP) including testing strategies for voice and natural language processing Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman; robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges and deliver creative solutions in agile environments.

Agile Experience: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-Have: Exposure to banking or financial services domain
