We are looking for a Project Assistant to join Nicolas''s team in the Service Department in Joliette .
Reporting to the Project Director, the incumbent will help coordinate the unit''s activities, ensure follow-ups, and perform all other administrative tasks.
Your mandate, your challenges: Manage all official communications,
exchange emails, etc.; File documents; Balance invoices; Invoicing; Schedule work; Answer incoming calls and dispatch service calls; Follow up with customers; Any other related tasks.
Key skills sought: DEP in office automation or any other relevant training; 1 to 2 years of experience in administration or dispatch; Ability to work under pressure; Organizational skills and autonomy; Work ethic; Positive communication skills, both oral and written Writing; Proficiency in the Office suite; Team spirit, discretion, and dynamism.
