Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (10+ years) to lead a large-scale advisor website migration using CMS platforms and digital transformation delivery Join a highly visible digital transformation initiative supporting the migration of approximately 1, advisor websites within a private wealth workplace.

This role leads end-to-end program delivery across project planning, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, communications, risk management, and quality assurance activities.

The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, external vendors, and cross-functional business and technology teams.

The program supports advisor digital experiences within a regulated financial services setting.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid,1 day a week 12 months Must Haves 10+ years in Program Management and Project Management Digital transformation , website migration , and CMS migration project delivery Advanced proficiency with MS Project and detailed project plans Vendor management , stakeholder management ,



and coordination of cross-functional teams across complex programs Experience within financial services , wealth management , banking , or regulated industries Nice to Have Private Wealth Management or Investment Advisory industry experience Marketing or digital platform implementation experience CMS platform migration experience with AEM, Broadridge, Sitecore, or Contentful Change Management and Training coordination exposure PMP certification Responsibilities Lead the migration of approximately 1, advisor websites to a recent CMS platform Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Manage vendor relationships and delivery coordination Coordinate onboarding activities across stakeholder groups Facilitate communications between business, technology, and vendor teams Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery alignment across the program Support quality assurance and change management alignment activities
