Job Title: Reporting Analyst - Expert Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + Months Daily Responsibilities: Navigate and report data from HR platforms (including Workday, Phenom, Linked

In) Using Excel and PowerBI, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to extract key metrics and identify trends; responsible for developing key talent management reporting to inform strategic priorities.

Use explicit communication to understand and compile incoming requests, as well as present to Senior Leaders and stakeholders.

Work with HR peers, business leaders, and internal partners to ensure process alignment and cohesive insights.
