Drive growth at Walmart’s Marketplace as the Director of Strategic Account Management. Lead a team dedicated to building seller partnerships and expanding product assortment to enhance customer and seller satisfaction.

In this leadership role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic Marketplace sellers while developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs). Your expertise in account management, eCommerce, and strategic partnerships will guide your team in executing both short- and long-term growth strategies. Collaborating closely with Merchandising and other departments, you will identify prospects to improve seller performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements: • 8+ years in eCommerce or marketplace management • Experience leading commercial teams successfully • Robust skills in negotiation, analysis, and decision-making • Proven ability in strategic planning and influence • Familiarity with financial and market analysis techniques
