This role focuses on building and optimizing test automation frameworks and services used across delivery teams, blending strong technical depth with strategic and leadership capability.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: EST Must Haves Hands-on development in WDIO and Typescript for UI test automation Robust API automation experience using Karate Proficiency in Jenkins and Git
Hub Actions for CI/CD integration Experience developing microservices with Java and Springboot Knowledge of GCP , Docker , and Kubernetes for deployment management Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline Nice to Have Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium Exposure to Cypress or Playwright testing frameworks Proficiency or interest in AI technologies Leadership and mentoring experience within QE or SDET teams Responsibilities Design and enhance automation frameworks supporting enterprise delivery teams Develop services and tools enabling test data setup and automation infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen framework scalability and efficiency Provide technical leadership and mentoring to quality engineering team members Support continuous improvement and modernization of automation capabilities in cloud settings
