Our Breakfast Attendant is a pivotal role, setting the tone for our guests' mornings and leaving a lasting positive impression through warm interactions and exceptional service. You will be the friendly face our guests look forward to, ensuring a delightful and seamless breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere, actively engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
Ensure the breakfast bar is impeccably set up and maintained, adhering to brand standards for presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring continuous availability of all food, beverages, and supplies needed for breakfast service.
Prepare fresh food items such as fruit, coffee, and juices, and arrange cold selections like pastries and cereals.
Prepare and set up hot food items, following menu requirements and ensuring timely replenishment.
Consistently restock all items throughout breakfast hours to maintain a full and inviting spread.




Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the breakfast area and kitchen, including clearing and sanitizing tables, counters, and floors, and properly storing equipment and unused food supplies.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and adhere to all life safety and key control protocols.
Represent the hotel professionally by wearing the proper uniform and name tag at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
Ability to interact warmly and effectively with a diverse range of guests.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for food presentation and inventory management.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift at least 25 pounds safely.
Reliability and a commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge of basic food preparation and hygiene practices.
