The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Third-Party Distribution to play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of its retail banking subsidiary. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales across various product lines, with a focus on mortgage and deposit products. This senior leadership position demands a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in financial services, particularly in mortgage lending and deposit products. The role involves driving sales effectiveness, expanding market share, and ensuring strong regulatory compliance. The Head of Sales and Third-Party Distribution will also be accountable for sales enablement, performance forecasting,

Key responsibilities for the Head of Sales and Third-Party Distribution include sales-first leadership, market expansion, and ownership of revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of experience in financial services, with a minimum of 5 years' in senior leadership roles, and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in Canada. They should be adept at driving the strategic planning and optimization of third-party distribution channels, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams on product design and promotional strategies. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to balance risk and revenue, and a proven track record in managing relationships with brokers, industry partners, and senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced professional certifications being strongly preferred.
