As a Construction Subcontract Program Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of vital subcontracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and timely deliverables. Your role demands a strong background in managing construction projects, with at least five years of relevant experience. You'll influence Statements of Work while establishing long-term contractor relationships, supporting SkyAlyne’s mission to prepare the next generation of RCAF pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned construction subcontracts effectively
• Oversee performance across quality, budget, and schedule




• Author and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Track and analyze commercial metrics for decision-making
• Coordinate with departments to enhance program value
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
• 5+ years of construction contract management experience
• Previous experience on Canadian or US defense programs
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
