About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its franchise brand through a significant growth phase, transitioning from a founder-led regional success to a professionally managed, scalable franchise platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding a high-performance, hands-on operating culture, establishing a clear growth roadmap, and strengthening franchisee performance. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in a multi-unit, franchise-based, or consumer-facing business, who can balance strategic growth with disciplined execution and financial rigor. The President will also be tasked with professionalizing the organization, advancing brand positioning, and digital engagement, and building a modern, data-informed business while preserving the brand's unique heritage and values.





The ideal candidate for the President role at the company will be a highly relational, emotionally intelligent leader with robust business acumen and a hands-on, operator mindset. They must be adept at building trust across various stakeholders, including franchisees, employees, and ownership, and be capable of introducing the necessary structure, accountability, and systems to support national expansion. This is a builder role, requiring a leader who can develop high-performing teams and translate vision into measurable, system-wide growth.
