In addition to day-to-day shift management, Managers are responsible for:





- Hiring and training teammembers
- Creating apositive, welcoming workplace for theirteam
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and foodsafety
- Demonstrating a “ guest first” approachalways
- Developing and meeting financialplans
- Coordinating in-storepromotions
- Promoting their restaurant in the localmarket

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as arestaurant manager
- Passion for service and commitment toquality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operational controls and financialstatementsA proven record of training and developing ateam
- A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
- High energy and awinning attitude
