The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations and Commercial Strategy to play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth. The successful candidate will be the first to hold this position and will be instrumental in scaling the business to recent heights. This role is focused on owning the systems, processes, and data that underpin the revenue engine, particularly in the context of aggressive expansion across North America. Key responsibilities include the development of sales onboarding, training, and enablement processes and playbooks, as well as ensuring CRM discipline. The ideal candidate will have a background in revenue operations at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, with experience in building processes and playbooks from the ground up, particularly in an enterprise environment with long sales cycles and high average deal sizes.





Applicants for the VP of Revenue Operations and Commercial Strategy role at the company should have a strong background in revenue operations, with a preference for those who have experience in energy management, clean tech, utilities management, or ESG software. The role requires a candidate who is adept at working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is capable of driving the company's revenue strategy to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
