This role is ideal for someone with experience in publication design who is eager to transform storytelling into visual assets. As a Volunteer, you will focus on layout, typography, and editorial design, ensuring that the Annual Report reflects our brand effectively. This is a excellent opportunity to contribute to other related projects beyond the report, including social media assets and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design the PIRS 2025–2026 Annual Report layout
• Develop engaging page designs using impact data and stories




• Create infographics and visual elements as needed
• Prepare digital and print-ready files for publication
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager for revisions
Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
• Strong layout and design skills, attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple revisions
• Interest in nonprofit communications and storytelling
