You will interact with both members and potential members, providing key financial solutions and personalized assistance. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service via inbound and outbound calls
• Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities
• Assist Members in setting up online banking options




• Resolve issues through effective problem solving
• Meet productivity goals and service expectations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or related interest
• Minimum 2 years experience in contact centre roles
• Previous credit union experience preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt in a fast-paced setting
