Who we are looking for We are looking for a dynamic,



dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can think strategically but also has an eye for detail and is intrigued by variety in their day and assisting others to perform their tasks more efficiently.

The Role Using the Yukon Health and Social Services Quality and Learning Framework, this position supports evidence-informed decision-making and drives continuous quality and safety improvements within the Continuing Care Division.

Responsibilities include managing projects, collecting and analyzing data, and translating findings into statistical reports for senior management.

The role also ensures organizational compliance with Accreditation Canada Standards by preparing and submitting evidence, coordinating readiness activities, and leading the organization through successful on-site accreditation visits.
