WeMB is seeking a dedicated Business Advisor to work directly with women+ entrepreneurs at various stages of business development. In this role, you'll deliver practical guidance on marketing, operations, and financial management, while helping clients navigate challenges and seize opportunities. With a cooperative spirit and a commitment to impact, you will build trusted relationships that enhance client engagement and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide one-on-one business coaching and advice • Assess needs and guide on business planning and strategies • Maintain accurate client records of advisory sessions • Conduct evaluations of loan applications and business viability • Deliver workshops and educational sessions to women entrepreneurs

Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration or related field • 3+ years in financial advisory or business advising • Experience working directly with small business owners • Knowledge of community resources for entrepreneurs • Skills in delivering educational workshops and presentations
