Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the ER RVT team during shifts
• Mentor and train recent team members and students
• Ensure compliance with hospital care standards




• Collaborate on improving workflow and operational practices
• Maintain team engagement in a demanding environment
Requirements:
• RVT credentials in good standing with OAVT
• Minimum of 3 years in emergency veterinary care preferred
• Leadership and mentorship experience an asset
