Reporting to a regional lead, you will support the Infios (HighJump ONE) system, providing essential technical assistance to ensure effective use across HelloFresh facilities. Your responsibilities include supporting users, managing the system setup, conducting training, and testing application improvements. Engage with cross-functional teams to drive data visibility and enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for HelloFresh's WMS • Conduct user training and create process documentation • Manage configuration based on operational needs • Participate in system testing for enhancements • Create insightful reports on operational efficiency
Requirements: • Interest in automation and e-commerce fulfillment • Proficient in SQL and data tools • Relevant undergraduate or equivalent experience • Flexibility for weekend or on-call shifts • Ability to travel as needed for support
