Marketing Assistant/Analyst Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Assistant/Analystfor a contract position in CA(Hybrid).

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop and execute marketing deliverables targeted to employers and members that support profitable membership growth and retention Design and develop creative content across digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, email, social media, and digital campaigns Support the concepting and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial idea through final production Recommend actions to improve content and design based on campaign performance Create and manage visual assets for media, video, presentations, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and high design quality Edit and adapt creative assets for different channels, formats, and audiences Maintain brand standards and ensure all materials meet quality, accessibility,



and design guidelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail Stay current on client branding, digital best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output Qualifications: Requires experience in marketing, design, or creative content development Requires at least years of prior relevant experience Preferred: Preferred strong visual design skills with an eye for detail Preferred experience with video editing Preferred proficiency with common design, and digital tools and marketing platforms (, Adobe, Fusion
