Maintain accurate inventory management, loss-prevention practices, and daily operational checklists.

Oversee scheduling, payroll administration, cash management, and opening/closing procedures.

Guest Experience & Community Engagement Deliver a warm, approachable, and educational guest experience aligned with the brands values.

Support product knowledge initiatives, ensuring the team can speak confidently about strains, formats, accessories, and responsible consumption.

Build robust community relationships and represent the location with professionalism.





Sales & Performance Drive store performance through merchandising, promotional execution, KPI management, and data-driven decisions.

Identify opportunities to increase conversion, basket size, and customer loyalty.

Requirements Minimum 23 years of retail management experience; cannabis experience is an asset but not mandatory.
