The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Facility Operations Coordinator, this role maintains and performs a variety of general caretaking duties for Corporate Facilities. The incumbent ensures facilities are protected, efficient, and well presented through cleaning, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, doors, and other surfaces.
Sanitize washrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors and replenish supplies.
Change garbage and recycling bins.
Disinfect high‑touch surfaces and maintain a hygienic environment.
Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Assist with maintaining the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, secure and well‑presented.
Complete administrative tasks: recording attendance, preparing documentation,



and completing injury and incident reports.

Qualifications
Experience in facility maintenance or general caretaking.
Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and robust time‑management skills.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain excellent attention to detail.
Flexible schedule, including office and after‑hours work as required.
Pass a satisfactory criminal record check and provide proof of qualifications.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $22.03 – $23.38.
