In this full time role located in Leiden/Zotterwoude Rijndijk, you’ll be key in installing and supporting systems on vessels globally. Your expertise in networking and systems will aid in configuring VoIP, routers, firewalls, and satellite terminals. You'll also work on improving system design and documentation, alongside providing vital remote support.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform installations both on-site and offshore • Configure VoIP systems, routers, and firewalls • Offer remote troubleshooting and support • Enhance system design and implementation • Document work for client handovers

Requirements: • MBO+/Bachelor’s in IT or related field • Familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, and systems • Willingness to travel internationally • Calm and service-oriented approach • Fluent in English; Dutch a bonus
