This full time position reports to the Director of Advancement. The ideal candidate has at least three years of fundraising experience and excels in relationship-building. Responsibilities include cultivating major donors, engaging community members, and developing strategic fundraising plans that align with SMUS's mission.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate recent donor relationships • Execute strategies for existing major gift donors • Engage donors through visits, calls,



and events • Support student awards programs and other initiatives • Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum three years of progressive fundraising experience • Robust communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of ethical fundraising standards • Cultural fluency and adaptability in engagement
