Rygiel is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee compliance and enhance support quality for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this full time position, you will engage with integrity in monitoring adherence to regulations, conducting audits, and refining policy governance. Your role will also ensure the Learning Management System's effectiveness and facilitate a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with Ontario Regulation 299/10 and related legislation
• Coordinate internal audit cycles and corrective action tracking




• Maintain the organizational policy tracker and annual review cycles
• Develop Rygiel’s Responsible Occurrence Reporting tracking system
• Uphold compliance in the Learning Management System functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years in quality assurance or compliance monitoring
• Experience interpreting Ontario legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with QAM audits and inspections preferred
• Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check required
