Become a vital part of the Operations team as a Financial Plant Analyst at Dare Foods. This full time, onsite role focuses on assessing financials and supporting production goals in Kitchener.
In this role, you’ll drive financial accountability for the Kitchener facility, working closely with Production and Maintenance teams. Your primary responsibilities include daily production reporting, budget management, and ensuring timely financial closures. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement in plant operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Promote a Secure working environment daily • Confirm and report production metrics • Ensure accurate closing of Monthly and Year End reports • Collaborate with finance for accurate period end closure • Generate financial KPIs for operational teams
Requirements: • Degree in finance, manufacturing, or related field • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Proficient in MS Office and SAP • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude
