In this position, you will be integral to connecting pipes, hydro-testing, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. You will work in a team and employ various tools for pipe bending and cutting, while also being responsible for maintaining equipment such as pumps and hydraulic systems. The role offers a agile shift schedule of 10 days on followed by 24 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with safety rules and standards
• Select and size pipe systems based on blueprints
• Construct support hangers according to specs
• Perform pressure tests for leaks in systems
• Connect pipes using various joint methods
Requirements:
• Alberta ticketed journeyman or recognized certification
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs
• Organized and self-motivated work ethic
• Pre-employment drug testing required
