The role will involve full 360 recruitment within our growing Building & Construction division.

Description As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will be assisting in the continued growth of our Building & Construction division.

Responsibilities include:

Hunting for recent business opportunities across Ontario

Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction

Full 360 recruitment

Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals

Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates

Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance

Profile The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience

Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)





Proven Business Development experience

Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset

An ambitious individual with a driven attitude

Bilingual (English & French) is essential for this position

Job Offer A base salary of up to $75,000

Uncapped commission

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (business to business)

Ability to work from a downtown Toronto office location 3 days per week.

Robust Business Development skills

Ability to manage your time effectively

Recruitment experience within Construction, Tech or Finance would be an asset.

Bilingual (English & French) is essential
