Description: Troubleshoot and repair equipment Component rebuild Condition reporting Verifying components due to CAT reusability guidelines Clean and inspection of components Operation bench testing pieces Operation of engine dynos Interface with customers, product, and sales support Working with supervisors on various tasks Equipment and facility continuous improvements Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment Various related duties as required Qualifications: Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician Certification (Automotive, Truck and Transport or Agriculture certification may be considered) Apprentices will be considered based on experience Dedication to safety Robust interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal Understanding of the Caterpillar product line will be considered an asset Engine and/or component rebuilding experience would be considered an asset Transmission or Hydraulic testing would be considered an asset Previous gas engine and power generation experience would be considered an asset Experience with SIS (Service Information System), ET and warranty systems considered assets Significant Details:
