Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our extraordinary team for 8‑hour night shifts in Port Moody.

Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated patient care in a 1:1 model, without the need to travel between appointments.
Deliver personalized care plans and support to clients in their homes.
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high quality of care.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications
Active license with BCCNM required.
Pediatric experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $32.14 - $39.35 per hour.
Competitive hourly rates with additional pay differentials.
