In this position, you will leverage at least two years of experience with breakdown rollers or relevant heavy equipment to deliver quality asphalt paving. Your responsibilities will include following safety protocols and conducting routine maintenance on machinery. Effective communication and teamwork are primary to achieving project goals and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate breakdown rollers for asphalt compaction
• Follow strict compaction procedures for surface quality
• Inspect and maintain equipment regularly for safety




• Communicate job site conditions to supervisors
• Document daily performance for accurate reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years operating heavy equipment
• Comprehensive knowledge of road construction techniques
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License preferred
• Skilled in reading project plans
