We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver and support the operations and administration of a Financial Advisor at Assante Capital Management. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. This is a client‑facing role that requires robust interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you bring

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.
- Post‑secondary education.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong analytical, administrative, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast‑paced setting with tight deadlines.

What you will do





- Accurately process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades.
- Prepare paperwork for investment purchases, redemptions, switches, and in‑kind transfers.
- Manage and maintain filing systems.
- Update and maintain non‑financial requests.
- Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with coordinating digital marketing.
- Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.
