We do three things exceptionally well: discovery, planning, and clarity. No product pushing. No hidden agendas. Just honest, comprehensive financial plans for Canadians approaching or in retirement.

The Role

You’ll be doing exactly what our founder does — running a full client planning process from discovery to plan presentation to what-if scenarios. This is a high-volume, high-quality role for someone who loves the craft of financial planning and wants their bonus income tied directly to their output.

What you’ll do:

- Conduct discovery meetings with new clients (retirement-focused, pre- and post-retirement)
- Build comprehensive financial plans using Snap Projections
- Present plans and run scenario/what-if sessions with clients
- Handle CPP/OAS strategy,



tax-efficient withdrawal planning, RRSP/RRIF/TFSA optimization, estate planning basics, and insurance gap identification
- Collaborate with our intake coordinator and admin team (you focus on planning, not paperwork)
- Target: 10 plans/month at full capacity

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

- QAFP or CFP designation (active)
- Strong retirement planning knowledge: CPP, OAS, RRIF, LIF, pension income splitting, decumulation strategies
- Comfortable running client-facing meetings independently
- Excellent communicator: warm, clear, and confident on video calls

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with Snap Projections, or willingness to learn
- Insurance background (life, disability, critical illness)
- Familiarity with fee-for-service or advice-only planning models
- Located in Winnipeg (absolutley not a deal breaker)

- $100,000 Base salary + bonus
