Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with T&D; Business Partners and Hiring Leaders
• Use market intelligence to develop creative sourcing strategies




• Source candidates through various platforms and initiatives
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
• Recommend the latest recruiting trends and tools
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of recruitment experience in corporate and manufacturing
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Strong experience in talent sourcing and management
• Proficient in ATS systems, preferably ICIMS
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
