This temporary full time position lasts for 6 months, with a focus on handling complex employee relations issues. You will provide valuable consultation to management and HR on various labour topics, ensuring adherence to policies and legislation. Your role will also involve workplace investigations and negotiations with union representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on cases
• Offer consultation on labour-related subjects to management and HR
• Negotiate disputes with union reps prior to formal grievances




• Research and analyze labour issues for grievance hearings
• Act as a technical resource on corporate projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Law
• Minimum 3 years' experience in employee relations
• Strong knowledge of labour relation principles and legislation
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
