Apex Specialized Rigging & Moving is looking for a motivated Industrial Mover / Rigger Foreman to lead rigging and heavy hauling efforts in civil construction. This position requires solid planning and coordination skills to ensure all operations are completed safely and efficiently. Collaborate with various teams while mentoring crew members in industry best practices and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage rigging and labor crews
• Plan and coordinate industrial moving and lifting
• Review and implement engineered lift and rigging plans
• Conduct daily safety meetings and hazard assessments
• Coordinate crane operations with project teams
Requirements:
• 5-10 years' experience in rigging and lifting
• Leadership background as a Foreman or similar
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices
• Experience interpreting construction documents
• Valid Class 1 or 3 license preferred
