WSP is looking for an Electrical and Controls Designer to join their Energy & Process team. With a minimum of five years’ experience, you will develop detailed electrical drawings, oversee construction packages, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Your role will involve critical integration work, vendor drawing assessments, and direct support to electrical contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate electrical drawings from P&IDs;
• Prepare electrical drawing packages for construction bids
• Assess RFQs and evaluate electrical contract details




• Provide wiring details and technical support in the field
• coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success
Requirements:
• Diploma in electrical engineering technology from a recognized institution
• 5+ years of electrical design experience
• Knowledge of heavy industrial projects beneficial
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D tools preferred
• Solutions-oriented with a focus on teamwork
