Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle claims while determining coverage
• Maintain communication with third parties and adjusters
• Effectively negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
• Attend mediations and legal hearings when required
• Keep well-informed about relevant regulations and trends
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant claims experience
• Solid organizational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of Alberta regulations beneficial
• Self-motivated with solid problem-solving skills
