This role involves predominantly in-home support, allowing seniors to maintain their independence while receiving crucial assistance. As a Health Care Aide, your responsibilities will include working adaptable shifts throughout Coquitlam and greater Vancouver, within the hours of 7:30 AM to 12 AM. Weekend availability is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with personal care and meal support
• Monitor health metrics and document progress
• Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Engage clients in leisure and exercise activities




• Oversee safety during care shifts and respond to emergencies
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate or 1+ year experience
• Equivalent qualifications from foreign LPN/RN may be accepted
• Capacity to work independently is essential
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred
• Strong command of English language
