About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the integration of sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This pivotal role is focused on owning the full revenue lifecycle, from new-school acquisition to retention through renewals and upgrades. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a unified revenue organization, setting and achieving revenue targets, and developing a competitive strategy in the K-12 EdTech market. The CRO will also be tasked with elevating customer success to a revenue-owning function, rebuilding the new-business pipeline,
and establishing a single set of metrics for the go-to-market team.
Candidates for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a revenue or go-to-market leader in the U.S. K-12 EdTech market. The role requires a proven track record in owning revenue targets, direct experience with U.S. school districts, and a history of competing against low-cost, bundled incumbents. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with radical transparency, possess robust analytical skills, and have a disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to rebuild the new-business pipeline, establish a unified go-to-market team, and create a competitive narrative in the market.
