This permanent position requires a musician skilled in at least one instrument. You'll define customer needs, demonstrate products, and ensure excellent service through follow-ups and problem-solving. Engaging with customers, maintaining store appearance, and participating in training will enhance your sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide customers in selecting musical instruments and gear
• Demonstrate product features and advantages on the sales floor
• Answer calls professionally and respond to inquiries promptly




• Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding orders
• Create an inviting shopping experience through merchandising
Requirements:
• Must play at least one musical instrument
• Available for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
• Strong verbal communication skills and positive attitude
• High energy levels and ability to lift heavy items
• Previous retail or sales experience an asset
