Restaurant Regional Manager

Vancouver, BC (Travel Required) Starting at $120,000 + Bonus + Advantages

We're partnered with a Canadian restaurant group looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations across British Columbia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who enjoys coaching managers, improving operations, and driving results across a portfolio of restaurants.You'll work closely with restaurant leadership to ensure operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and support the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with regular time in the restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing the performance and operations of multiple restaurant locations
Coaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers and their leadership teams
Driving operational consistency, service standards, and guest experience across the region
Monitoring sales, labour, food costs, and overall financial performance




Analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans to improve restaurant performance
Conducting regular restaurant visits to ensure operational excellence and brand standards
Partnering with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
Supporting new restaurant openings, training, and operational rollouts as required

What We're Looking For
Previous Regional Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience
Experience overseeing 10+ restaurant locations
Corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-unit P&Ls; and operational KPIs
Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing management teams
Robust operational background within full-service elevated settings – no QSR
Comfortable travelling regularly throughout the region
Growth-minded leader who thrives in a rapid-paced, multi-unit setting
