As a key member reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you'll oversee the financial close cycles, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports. Key Responsibilities: • Lead monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial closing processes • Prepare financial statements and develop variance analyses • Maintain Canadian accounting standards and accounting policies • Design and enforce effective internal controls and procedures • Support the annual audit and liaise with external auditors
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA designation required • 7–10+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibility • Robust full-cycle accounting and financial reporting expertise • Proven experience managing audits and liaising with external advisors
