As a CRM Developer at Accerta, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and implement effective CRM solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps will be crucial to fulfill system requirements and optimize CRM functionalities. This role also involves customizing Dynamics 365 entities and integrating solutions across varying platforms.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine operational needs • Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms,
and workflows • Develop integrations between CRM systems and third-party applications • Maintain documentation for technical specifications and solution designs • Support CRM production issues and advocate for improvements
