Your expertise will shape financial modelling, bylaw updates, and engagement strategies to facilitate informed decision-making while complying with legislative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Development Charge Background Studies and bylaws
• Develop DC policies aligned with Regional objectives
• Lead annual DC collection forecasts and growth calculations




• Maintain financial models for rate calculations
• Support internal and external stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in policy development
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of municipal bylaws and regulations
• Supervisory experience in a relevant role
