• Perform compensation analysis and salary survey participation • Engage with stakeholders on position grading and equity • Evaluate compensation trends and workforce analytics • Contribute to Total Rewards initiatives and admin tasks • Identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements: • 3+ years experience in Total Rewards • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar • Advanced Excel and HRIS skills, Workday an asset • Solid analytical and bilingual communication skills • Ability to prioritize in a rapid-paced environment
